Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and GoalHub ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of the GoalHub: Football Scores mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License grant

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Android devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. The service & football data

The App provides live football scores, fixtures, standings, statistics and related information aggregated from third-party data sources. We strive for accuracy and timeliness but:

Scores, statistics and other data are provided "as available" and may be delayed, incomplete or contain errors.
Match and competition coverage may vary depending on supported leagues and data sources.
The App is for information and entertainment only. It is not a betting, gambling or sports-wagering service and provides no odds, betting tips or real-money rewards.
You should not rely on the App's data for any wagering, financial or other consequential decision.

4. Free, ad-supported app

The App is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising. The App contains no in-app purchases or subscriptions. By using the App you acknowledge that advertisements will be displayed, and that our advertising and analytics partners process limited data as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, except where permitted by law.
Copy, resell, sublicense, scrape or redistribute the App or its data.
Circumvent, disable or interfere with security or advertising features of the App.
Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
Use automated systems to access the App in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its design, logos and original content are owned by GoalHub and protected by intellectual-property laws. Team names, league names, club crests and related marks are the property of their respective owners; GoalHub is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any football league, club, competition or governing body.

7. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR THAT DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOALHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP. BECAUSE THE APP IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED USD 10.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoalHub from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Google Play distribution

This agreement is between you and GoalHub only, and not with Google. Google is not responsible for the App or its content. You acknowledge that:

Your use of the App must also comply with the Google Play Terms of Service.
Google has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for the App.
You will comply with applicable U.S. and international export-control laws and will not use the App if you are subject to relevant sanctions.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the developer is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are unaffected.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When changes are material we will update the "Last updated" date and may notify you through the App or Google Play release notes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
