Does GoalHub upload my data?
You can use GoalHub without an account, and we don't ask for your name, email or phone number to follow scores. Because the App is free and ad-supported, third-party SDKs — Google Firebase, Google AdMob, Adjust and the Facebook (Meta) SDK — process device identifiers, app events and approximate IP-based location for analytics and advertising. Why didn't I get a match alert?
First make sure notifications are enabled: Android Settings → Apps → GoalHub → Notifications. On some devices (Xiaomi, Huawei, Oppo, Vivo, Samsung) aggressive battery optimisation can stop background notifications — add GoalHub to the "no restrictions" / "allow background activity" list and disable battery optimisation for the App so alerts arrive on time.
Are the scores and statistics live and accurate?
We aggregate data from third-party providers and update it as quickly as we can. Occasionally scores or stats may be delayed or incomplete depending on the competition and data source. GoalHub is for information only — it is not a betting service and provides no odds.
What are the "AI Match Insights" / prediction percentages?
They are informational, data-driven estimates of match outcomes shown for context before kickoff. They are not betting tips, odds or guarantees, and should not be used for wagering or any financial decision.
How do I manage or turn off personalised ads?
On first launch you'll see a consent prompt that controls ad personalisation; you can re-open it from the App's settings. You can also reset or delete your Advertising ID at Android Settings → Privacy → Ads (the exact path varies by device and Android version).
Does the app cost anything?
No. GoalHub is completely free and contains no in-app purchases or subscriptions. It is supported by advertising.
Is GoalHub affiliated with any league or club?
No. GoalHub is an independent football information app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any league, club, competition or governing body. All team and league names belong to their respective owners.
How do I request deletion of my data?
Email us at devapp.aero@gmail.com and we'll handle your request. You can also clear all locally stored preferences and favourites by uninstalling the App or clearing its data in Android Settings → Apps → GoalHub → Storage.
